(FR) Fondateur et conseiller scientifique de l’Institut de Recherche sur Internet et la Société – IRIS, Lucas est professeur de Droit des Affaires à l’Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, au Brésil. Titulaire d’une maîtrise et d’un baccalauréat de l’Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, il est actuellement candidat au doctorat dans le même établissement, sous la supervision conjointe du Centre de Droit Privé, Unité de Droit Économique de l’Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Lucas est un spécialiste en droit international auprès du CEDIN (Centre de Droit International), avocat et membre de l’ABRI (Association Brésilienne pour les Relations Internationales).
(EN) Founder and scientific advisor of the Institute for Research on Internet and Society – IRIS, Lucas is a Business Law Professor at Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, Brazil. He has a Master and a Bachelor degree from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, and is currently a PhD candidate at the same institution, with a joint supervision at the Center for Private Law, Unit of Economic Law, of the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Lucas is a specialist on International Law by CEDIN (Center for International Law), lawyer and member of the ABRI (Brazilian Association for International Relations).
