FR – Erika Ellyne est membre du Barreau de Bruxelles depuis 2015 et a rejoint Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick en 2016, où (à présent) elle fait partie de l’équipe IP/IT.
Elle a obtenu un Master en droit de l’Université libre de Bruxelles (2008) et puis un LL.M. en droit européen et international de la Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2009). Après ses études, elle a continué au sein de la Vrije Universiteit Brussel en tant que chercheuse au centre de recherche « Law, Science, Technology and Society Studies (LSTS) ». Pendant cette période, Erika s’est spécialisée dans la propriété intellectuelle et le droit de la protection des données à caractère personnel. Elle a également passé une année à l’Université de Wisconsin-Madison avec la bourse d’étude BAEF.
EN – Erika Ellyne is currently a practising lawyer at Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick, where she works as part of the IP/IT team.
She obtained a Masters in Law from the Free University of Brussels ( ULB 2008) and then proceeded to complete an LL.M in European and International Law (VUB 2009).
Thereafter, she remained at the VUB as a researcher, at the heart of the Law, Science, Technology and Society Studies (LSTS) research centre. During her time as a researcher she specialised in intellectual property and data protection. She also received the BAEF fellowship to spend a year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Erika joined the bar in 2015, and Liedekerke in 2016.
